Tisha Sanduja worked as the Head of the PR & Marketing Team of the Ritva Society of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, University of Delhi. The Ritva works for spreading menstrual awareness and destigmatising it as a taboo. During her tenure as the head, Tisha managed all the PR engagements for the team and took responsibility of the sponsors.
